Telos Connect is helpful if you are having problems and require technical support. Also, when used with a Telos Care Plus agreement, it allows complete configuration remotely. Support LInk is a fully encrypted, outbound-only connection from your PDM II to our Support Link server. No special firewall rules are generally required, and no special ports need to be opened from outside your network. ## Enabling Support Link Support Link is included with every PDM II. 1. Using your Web Browser, navigate to the main Web Page of your PDM II 2. Log in with the "pdmweb" username and your password. 3. From the Main menu, click on the **UTILITIES** link. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/57e3cd80-d493-453c-9672-ad1b043dadc3/Images/Documentation/0c18569a-7d3d-4778-b7a1-2ea75897f8be-image.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T18%3A05%3A03Z&se=2026-11-07T19%3A05%3A03Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=woF7fMTZqSxNwVCeA8xiYN%2FAtTOiEdstZlIv5qIRk0I%3D) 4.
