This document explains a couple of troubleshooting steps to take when an Aero.10 audio processor isn't fully booting up.
Check Drive and Memory Modules
The first thing to check is that the drive and memory modules are securely seated in their sockets. To check this, power off the unit and remove the top cover.
Inspect the drive and memory locations noted in this photo:

If the modules are securely seated and the processor continues to fail at boot up, the unit can be reset and updated with the latest firmware.
Resetting the CPU Board
If the main CPU board is not powering up, there is a way to force the board to start up.
With the cover still off, re-apply power and check to see if the CPU board is getting power. To do this, check the mainboard for two illuminated LEDs as noted in this photo:

If both lights are on, the board is getting power and there is likely another hardware problem that is preventing the unit from starting. In this case, please contact Customer Support and have the unit sent in for inspection.
If only one LED is illuminated, the following procedure can be done to try to manually power on the board and the processor:
Power off the unit
Unplug the green, orange and purple wire harness from the board

Note that pulling this harness might require cutting the RTV silicone holding it in place.
Apply power to the Aero.10
Use a metal object, such as a small screwdriver, to short the pins where the orange and green wires were located when the plug was installed

This should illuminate both LEDs and allow the unit to boot up.
Power down the unit and reinstall the wire harness in the same orientation it was originally
Re-attach the top cover of the unit
Power on the processor
Update the Software
It's recommended that the software be updated to version 3.20.27. This software update package adds an automatic reset after two minutes should this issue happen again.
All steps needed to be followed in the update procedure.
