# Blocking Only Certain Calls Using an Nx6 or Nx12

### Scope

This document explains how to leave specific lines unblocked when using the "Block All" function on a Desktop Director with an Nx6 or Nx12.

### The Process

You can select which lines to leave open in the Web User Interface, under the **Setup Wizard** tab. Once in the Setup Wizard, you will see the **Show Line Configuration** section.

Select the lines you don't want "busied out" when the "Block All" function is used on the Desktop Director by marking them as **Priority**.

In the example above, only the listener lines 1-4 and 6-7 will be blocked when the "Block All" button is pressed on the Desktop Director.
