Scope
Occasionally, we receive inquiries about whether we provide boxes and foam for an Element console for customers who need to send a complete console to us for repair or replacement. While we still have boxes that are large enough to accommodate a full console, we no longer stock the appropriate end and center caps.
The Boxes
We currently stock two sizes of “Element” boxes.
The “small” Element box measures 40 × 27 ×11in and can fit a console containing up to four 4-fader modules.
The “large” Element box measures 61 × 27 × 12in can fit a console containing five or more 4-fader modules.

Please note these boxes are used for both Element and Fusion consoles.
The End Caps
When the Element console was still in production, we maintained an inventory of custom-shaped end and center foam to securely hold the console during shipping. However, with Element production ending in 2009, we no longer have stock any stock remaining of these foam pieces.
Appropriate protective materials (foam, bubble wrap, etc) will need to be sourced locally.
