Container Deployment

Zephyr Connect is a containerized product. It will require some initial configuration from a Telos ProServices Field Application Engineer or one of our worldwide partners. They will assist with deployment of the Docker container for your Zephyr Connect engine.

Logging In

When your Zephyr Connect engine is up and running, log into it using the IP address provided by the container deployment team. The default username is “user” and there is no default password.

License Management

Before using Zephyr Connect, you will need to activate your licensed features. Copy and paste the license code supplied by your dealer into the License Code field on the License Management page. Make sure the ACTIVATE radio button is selected, then press ACTIVATE.

You should then see the license key you activated, as well as what feature(s) it enabled in the feature licensing status section of the page.

If you are unable to activate your license, or if the license count is not correct, please contact Telos support.

Changing Passwords

The default login for Zephyr Connect is username “user” with no password. To apply a password, go to the Software page, enter it here and press APPLY.

Restart

Zephyr Connect can be restarted from the Software page.

Press RESTART to restart the application. The system will ask you to confirm with YES or NO. If you answer yes, Zephyr Connect will restart, retaining all current configuration values. Answering no will cancel the restart.
