The INF-MP-16 MK2 and DS-16 MK2 are Telos Alliance’s next generation digital intercom Panels, shipping from Summer 2026 and designed to work as part of the Telos Infinity ‘matrix-free’ IP networked Intercom system. The MK2 panels replace the earlier MK1 products and represent a considerable improvement in design and usability.

A communication device with various buttons for managing production and sound settings.

The new panels feature a brand new 4-way user key design, developed specifically for Telos Infinity, a custom adaptation of a cutting-edge proprietary tactile button technology built for highly demanding environments like broadcast, industrial applications, and gaming. Other important features include a significantly increased button size, improved viewing angle, larger fonts, more characters, and native support for logographic languages.

The MP-16 MK2 and DS-16 MK2 connect over a supporting 1000Mbps Ethernet network with 24-bit/48 KHz uncompressed digital audio carried as Audio over IP (AoIP) using the Livewire+™ AES67 industry standard.

Both Panels are powered by PoE Plus (Power over Ethernet) either directly from the network switch or via an external PoE source. Additionally, a screw-lock 12VDC inlet is included on the rear Panel, which may be used as primary power if PoE is not available, or as part of a redundant power design (recommended and encouraged). Both ethernet ports are active to enable daisy-chaining of expansion panels.

Much like the original Infinity panels, the new Mk2 Master and Desktop designs support both gooseneck mics and headsets, and have an inbuilt speaker optimised for voice communication. The Desktop Panel also features an additional touchscreen panel above the Intercom keys, which is reserved for utility control applications.
