For current and supported documentation, please refer to the T[elos Infinity documentation home page.](https://docs.telosalliance.com/docs/telos-infinity) Selecting the “Maintenance” page will provide a method for updating the Telos Infinity INF-MXP-20 software and some factory reset and selftest features. ![Figure 1 - Maintenange page](https://cdn.document360.io/57e3cd80-d493-453c-9672-ad1b043dadc3/Images/Documentation/picture43.png) Figure 1 - Maintenange page ## Firmware Update The INF-MXP-20 has two memory banks to store firmware. Only one can be active, and the other is used to download the new firmware. If the firmware fails for any reason, the other bank can be enabled to provide a seamless roll-back function. ![Figure 2 - Firmware update](https://cdn.document360.io/57e3cd80-d493-453c-9672-ad1b043dadc3/Images/Documentation/picture44.png) Figure 2 - Firmware update ## Additional Maintenance This provides a convenient method to remotely diagnose an INF-MXP-20 Panel. ![Figure 3 - Additional maintenance page](https://cdn.document360.io/57e3cd80-d493-453c-9672-ad1b043dadc3/Images/Documentation/picture45.png) Figure 3 - Additional maintenance page ### **Reboot** Remotely reboot the INF-MXP-20. The Panel will become temporarily unresponsive to the browser during reboot. ### **Self-test** Remotely selftest the INF-MXP-20. The Panel will become temporarily unresponsive to the browser during selftest. ### **Factory Reset** Performs full remote factory reset. This will require entering a new IP address and will be unresponsive to the browser until the new IP address is entered using the front-Panel menu options. ### **Factory Reset Except IP** Performs full remote factory reset but keeps the existing IP address configuration. ### **Download Log** In the unlikely event that you should need support from Telos engineers, they may ask you to download the log file and email it to them for added support. ### **Activating a Link License** License keys are available from your Telos representative to provide additional functionality. The following describes how to enable a “Link” license. Open the web browser, enter the IP address of the device. When prompted for the username and password, this defaults to “user” for the username, and nothing to be entered for the password field. From the home page, click on the “Maintenance” tab and the software update and licensing window appears. ![Figure 3 - Maintenance window via web interface](https://cdn.document360.io/57e3cd80-d493-453c-9672-ad1b043dadc3/Images/Documentation/picture67.png) Figure 3 - Maintenance window via web interface Enter the license key into the license-key window and if this is recognized as a valid key, the “Activate” button will be enabled.
