This requires that you have a PoE-enabled switch or that you use an in-line PoE injector. Simply put, plugging the VSet into the port on the back of the Hx6 does not supply any power to the VSet. ### Solution If you're not using a PoE-enabled switch of any kind, you will need to use a PoE injector. If you would like to order a PoE injector, [contact Customer Support](https://www.telosalliance.com/support-request) and ask for pricing and availability of part # 2091-00139-000. > [!WARNING] > When using a PoE injector, make sure you connect the data+power port on the injector into the VSet6. ### Let us know how we can help If you have further questions on this topic or have ideas about improving this document, please [contact us](https://www.telosalliance.com/support-request).
