Dashboard is the configuration and monitoring utility used by Infinity Intercom and Infinity VIP.
Many of the features for the Infinity VIP Dashboard are explained in the Infinity Intercom Manual, but the following details the features specific to Infinity VIP.
To run Dashboard, open a browser and enter its IP address in the address field as detailed in the Installation and Connections section. Also, see the Security and Internet Access section if Dashboard is being run on a computer that is not the Infinity Server.
The first login window requires the user to validate their access to the Infinity VIP server. Type “admin” for the username and “Telos Infinity” for the password (there is a space between “Telos” and “Infinity”, but the quotation marks are not included), then click "Sign In". The system's IP address will appear below the Sign In button.
The Dashboard login window will appear. Type “admin” for the username and “admin” for the password.
Once logged in, the main Dashboard screen will appear.
Infinity VIP Dashboard is similar to the Infinity Intercom Dashboard, but with two main differences:
Panel icons are “cloud” shaped to indicate they are virtual
The “VIP Server” icon is now shown to facilitate the VIP server configuration
If Infinity VIP is connected to any hardware panels or beltpacks, they will be shown in the devices window adjacent to the virtual panel icons.

Virtual Panel Manager
Virtual panels are managed in a similar method to hardware panels. In the devices window, click on a panel to highlight it, then click on the “Manage” button.
Home Window
The VIP Home window will appear and display the panel's configuration information. Note that only the "Label" field can be changed from the Home window, as The IP addresses are configured during the Docker installation as detailed in Dockers and Containers.
Setup
Clicking on the Setup tab will allow you to configure the Llvewire and AES67 parameters.
The virtual panel will access the device's microphone and speaker. This may be a PC, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Livewire channels must be allocated to these audio feeds along with labels to identify them in Dashboard.
Intercom Mic LW Channel: The Livewire channel number of the microphone.
Intercom Mic LW Label: A label for the microphone as displayed in Dashboard.
Spkr/HS LW Output Channel: The Livewire channel number of the device’s loudspeaker or headset output.
Spkr/MS LW Output Label: A label for the device headset speaker output as displayed in Dashboard.
Remote
The remote window shows a replica of the virtual panel as seen by its user.
Device Passwords
Both virtual and physical hardware panels provide the ability to change the password used for login. The default login name is "user" with no password.
To change the password, navigate to the Maintenance tab of the web GUI. Enter the new password in both the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields, then press the Change button.
Once the password has been changed, Dashboard will no longer be able to communicate with or manage the device, and a red (!) will appear in the bottom left corner.
Double-click on the unavailable device to open the Edit menu, then enter the newly created password in the "Password" field.
Once Dashboard has the correct login credentials, the device will come back online.
