Startup

To start the Dashboard service, type “localhost:5000” into the web-browser address bar. The login prompt will be displayed and type in the default username “admin” and password “admin”. Dashboard will then auto-detect any Telos Infinity products on the network including Telos Alliance xNodes, Axia Broadcast Mixing Consoles, as well as Infinity Panels, and display them on the GUI.

If the login-window does not load or the connection times-out, then check the Firewall configuration on the Dashboard-PC to confirm it’s not blocking any of the web-browser messages. Also ensure the InfinityHost.exe service is running. The status of this can be seen on the Windows machine where Dashboard is installed under the Services menu.

If any of the devices show a red exclamation mark in the corner, then this is an indication that the Firewall may be blocking important messages between the web-browser and the Dashboard Infinity.Agent web-server application running on the PC.
