# VX Pre-Configuration Checklist

## Scope

It is important to understand that a Telos VX Enterprise, VX Prime, or VX Prime+ product requires additional services and infrastructure in place to operate as intended. These requirements amount to a SIP provider, a compatible Livewire environment, or a compatible AES67 environment.

This document is intended to be a helpful guide that a customer can use to determine whether they have met these requirements, or whether they need to modify their current system to fully prepare for installation and deployment of a Telos VX system.
