  • Added AEC diagnostics

Fixes and improvements

  • Updated the base image with the latest security updates, including OpenSSL
  • Clock rate and skew are reported correctly for Opus calls
  • Improved LWRP handling for AES67 multi-channel inputs, including better selection between Livewire channel number and IP address
  • AEC uses the correct network interface on systems with multiple NICs

VXs 1.3.0

New features

  • AES67 inputs with 1 to 8 channels, including channel selection
  • SMPTE ST 2022-7 redundancy, including separate addresses for each path
  • Opus codec support (experimental, off by default)
  • Per-line outbound proxy option
  • LWCP connections accepted on all network interfaces
  • CLOCK_TAI reference clock (used by default for new installs)
  • Can run in a container limited to specific CPUs (cpuset)
  • Environment variables to change the default web UI and call_control HTTP/HTTPS ports
  • Configuration option to relax scheduling latency requirements
  • Faster synchronization across CPU cores

Fixes and improvements

  • Fixed a startup issue when the host is configured with IPv6 DNS servers
  • Fixed missing audio when the codec is switched mid-call
  • Fixed AES67 packet timestamps
  • Fixed buffer overruns that repeated continuously after the first one
