The red exclamation mark indicates that the Dashboard software thinks the device is missing from the network or minimally can’t talk to it. - (F)The Orange F indicates the device needs a firmware update. The update could be required for proper functionality with your version of Dashboard. - (A) Dashboard is not authorized to access this device. It could be incorrect user settings in the Infinity Dashboard Software or incorrect password settings on the panel. - (U) Means the device is correct being updated. - (#) The device is in an error state, you may just need to Enable the device at the bottom of the device section in Dashboard. ### Troubleshooting If you have a Red exclamation mark (!). 1. Try accessing the Devices web page directly using your browser. 2. If you recently updated to version 3.0.X on this panel, the software update requires a password to be set **(even if you are leaving it blank)**, and no access is allowed until this step is completed. 3. Open a command prompt or terminal window and try to ping your device. 4. C[ontact support](https://www.telosalliance.com/support-request) if you can not resolve the issue on your own. If you have an orange (F) 1. Check the [Infinity portal](https://success.telosalliance.com/telos-infinity-web-portal) or Quay.io for the latest version of software. 2.
