The Z/IP ONE does comply and the password can be 15 characters or more. ## How to Update You can update your Z/IP ONE password via the **System** tab in the Web GUI: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/57e3cd80-d493-453c-9672-ad1b043dadc3/Images/Documentation/image-QV5ENNG8.png) Please note that despite the suggestion of a length between 5 and 8 characters, the Z/IP ONE fully supports passwords that are 15 characters or longer. Simply type the new password in both fields and hit **Apply**. A new password prompt will appear, where you can enter your updated credentials. “User” will rename the username. ## Let us know how we can help If we can be of further assistance, please reach out to us directly or click [here](https://telosalliance.com/support-request) to open up a Support Request.
