Telos Alliance provides the family of xNode products to deliver simple and convenient connectivity for Livewire+™/AES67 Ethernet connectivity and audio signal interfacing. An audio signal connected to an xNode will appear in the input/output section of Infinity Dashboard allowing audio signals to be easily sent to and received from sources and destinations outside of Infinity.
Follow the instructions in the user xNode instruction manual to connect the external analog, AES67, and AES67 compliant third-party signals to the rear of the unit through the XLR (where fitted), RJ45, and D-Type connectors.
The configuration parameters are set using an HTML5 compliant web browser. To access this, set the xNode’s IP address using the front panel, connect the xNode to the IP network, and enter the IP address in the browser’s URL window.
Enter the IP address of the xNode into a web browser. When the login window is displayed, enter “user” for the username and leave the password field blank.
After loading the home page, the configuration options are available in the menu options on the left. To configure the inputs, click on “Sources” under “Advanced Options”.
Once logged into the xNode, the configuration window will be displayed.
Inputs and outputs from xNode are available directly to Infinity as they are streamed onto the Livewire+™ network. Livewire+™ takes care of the registration and detection so the inputs and outputs appear directly in Dashboard.
Destinations to the xNode automatically appear in the "outputs" window of Dashboard, allowing audio signals such as IFBs to be routed.
Selecting "Meters" in the xNode menu provides live input and output monitoring of audio levels.
Selecting “Mixer” in the menu option allows inputs and outputs to be mixed together before being presented to the Livewire+™ Ethernet/IP network.
