Run the most recent version of the Dashboard-setup program obtained from Telos.
During installation, Dashboard may ask you to accept terms and conditions.
After accepting the terms and conditions the destination folder for the installation will be shown, this is usually in “c:\ProgramFiles(x86) \TelosAlliance\Dashboard”.
Once the installation has successfully completed, the setup window will disappear. The PC must now be restarted for the web-browser service to start.
At the end of the installation the window in Figure 8.5 will appear, normally the defaults can be accepted. However, if multiple NICs are being used, for example, one for the internet access and a separate NIC for the studio network, the individual IP addresses of the NIC-Agent and NIC-Livewire must be manually set.
Dashboard must have access to the internet to validate the licensing. If the internet access is on a different network to the Livewire+™ AES67 network, then these fields are set to ensure that the licensing is properly validated.
The render channels set the upper and lower multicast/channel values to restrict the intercom from accessing other Livewire+™ AES67 on the network (if required).
Note - Multiple NICs must be individually assigned for the Agent and Livewire. In Figure 2 above, Agent is connected to the WiFi internet access for license authentication and Livewire is connected to the studio network.
