When attempting to dial out from a VSet, Axia console phone module, drop-in console controller, or call screening software:
I hear no audio and see a "dialing" icon on the VSet, Axia console phone module, drop-in console controller, or call screening software
I see the "call answered" icon on the VSet, Axia console phone module, drop-in console controller, or call screening software, but hear an error message

In the VX web UI, navigate to Information > Studios
Choose a studio in which you are unable to make outbound calls
Scroll down to view line status
OK (Registered)
Network timeout
Auth failure
OK (Trunk)
