Click Offline button in upper right. Enter IP address of CCU in Device field. Click OK. See Figure 6.

Crew Ware will connect to the CCU and a diagram of the connected CCUs and RTs will appear under the System Diagram tab. System messages will also show. See Figure 7.

Click Device Management tab. A new window will appear. This window allows configuration of CrewCom hardware. The settings here are for a small number of RTs and RPs. Large systems can use a High Density RF mode. Pliant support will normally provide a base configuration on a USB flash drive for larger systems.
Click the Control Units tab. This tab has configuration settings for the 2-wire and 4-wire conferences. Only 4-Wire conference will be used with Infinity.
The conference names are fixed: Conference1, 2 etc. A different conference should be selected for each 4-wire.
Each conference needs to be enabled using the Type column dropdown to set each conference On.
Under Audio Mode each conference should be set to Duplex.
Each Conference can be renamed in the Port Name field.
Depending on the PC screen size and resolution the pull bar at the bottom of the Device Management Window may need to pulled to the right to see that the RPs have connected to the RTs.
The RP Long Names and Short names can be edited here.

Click the Radio Transceivers tab.

RF mode should Normal unless you are told that a High Density RF deployment is being used.
Radio Band will be set to Full unless a High Density deployment is being done.

Click Radio Packs tab
If the RPs appear here with Status grayed out, then the RPs must be linked to the CCU/RT system.
It is possible that a USB flash drive was included with the system and this needs to be loaded into the CCU. See the CCU manual for this procedure.
If there is no system profile from the factory, or a flash drive containing the base configuration, then every RP will need to be manually linked to the system.

If the Profile name is gray text, the only Profile is shown
If the profile and drop-down selector are is in dark text additional profiles can be selected

Assigning 4-wire RJ45 ports to conferences
In the left side column of the CrewWare screen is the CCU (CCU-44 or CCU-22 or CCU-08). Below it are the RTs. Double click the CCU.
The screen to the right will change to Device management with a pictoral view of the CCU front and rear panels.
Click in this window and scroll down.

Factory settings for the values are generally OK. The 4-wire configuration is the
specific group of settings that need attention for Infinity 4 wire integration.
If the user does not have 2-wire connections to another intercom system make sure that all of the 2-wire Off/On selections are set to Off.
In the 4-wire settings section:
Assigned Conference = 4-wire 5, 6, 7 and 8 to conference 1, 2, 3, and 4.
4-wire Type = ON
Audio Mode = Full Duplex (from above Device Management section)
Port Name = names given in above Device Management section
Level In = +6
Level Out = +6
Echo Cancelation = On

Saving the changed Configuration
Save the current configuration.
go to top of the Crew Ware window and click File > File Save As
name the file and save on the Windows PC.
Save the changes made to the current configuration:
Click the Save File button at top left of screen or,
go to top of the Crew Ware window and click File > File Save As
name the file and save on the Windows PC.
To load a configuration:
Go to top of the Crew Ware window and click File > Open
You be asked if you want to close the current configuration?
Yes will load the selected configuration and take Crew Ware off line.
Double click the Offline button in the upper right of scree nto go back online.
