Scope
The Omnia.9 has had three hardware generations - Mk1, Mk2, and Mk3. This document will tell you how to find which version a specific unit is using.
Finding the Version
To find out exactly which hardware generation an Omina.9 is running, navigate to the System Information tab in NF Remote. Click on System Status. Lastly, select System Information.
The hardware version will be specified on this page.


Can I update my Omnia.9?
Unfortunately, no.
The Omnia.9 Mk III internal hardware is almost entirely different from previous versions, and upgrading older units would be impractical.
The Omnia.9 Mk II, introduced in 2018, is no longer a current model, so the Mk II upgrade program for original Omnia.9’s has been discontinued.
