The Telos Infinity MK2 panel configuration pages are common to Master, Desktop and Expansion models. They are also almost identical to the pages of the MK1 panels and will be familiar to users of the legacy products.

The INF-MP16 MK2 Home Page looks like this:

Label

A user field to describe the operational use of the Panel. In this example the unique default is Panel7725 which has been set before leaving the factory. It should be changed to represent the panel user or their role (Producer, Director etc).

ID

This is the unique ID number, set at the factory and cannot be changed.

Location

User field to describe the physical location of the INF-MP-16 to assist with system diagnosis.

IP Address

User configurable IP Address Number set by the user from the front Panel control.

IP Address (Secondary)

User configurable IP Address Number configured on the GUI interface for the SMPTE ST2022-7 and Bonded Failover configuration. It can also be used when the panel is configured as a Link Gateway licensed device.

MAC Address

Unique Media Access Control address set in the factory and cannot be changed.

Gateway IP Address

User configurable Gateway IP Address Number set by the user from the front Panel control.

Serial Number

Unique number set by the factory to identify the INF-MP-16 and cannot be changed

Software Version

Set by current software version running on the INF-MP-16. This is changed when software upgrades are loaded.

PTP Port State

Describes the port state of the Precision Time Protocol interface running on the IP/Ethernet connection. This is either Listening, Sync or PTP Master depending on the configuration.

PTP Master ID

Describes the PTP master identifier. This is useful when multiple PTP master clocks are available in a BMC (Best Master Clock) redundant configuration.

PTP Master Offset

Describes the time offset from the PTP master clock. This helps when configuring and diagnosing a system.

Device Temperature

Internal temperature of the unit. To keep ambient noise as low as possible, the Infinity panels do not use any cooling fans.

Device Up Time

Number of days, hours, minutes, and seconds the panel has been powered on for.
