Linear Acoustic Aero Series – Nielsen 2027 Software Update

Overview

The Nielsen 2027 compliant software release (Version 3.32.47) has been tested and validated for use on supported Linear Acoustic Aero products.

Supported Products

The following products support Version 3.32.47 and have been tested with this release:

• Aero.100

• Aero.200

• Aero.2000

• Aero.2400

• Aero.8000

Upgrade Eligibility

Complimentary Upgrade

The Nielsen 2027 software update (Version 3.32.47) is available at no cost for:

• Aero.200 units covered under the standard 2-year Telos Alliance warranty

• Aero.2400 units covered under the standard 2-year Telos Alliance warranty

Paid Upgrade

The Nielsen 2027 software update (Version 3.32.47) is a billable upgrade for:

• Aero.100 units not covered by an active Extended Warranty or TelosCare PLUS agreement

• Aero.2000 units not covered by an active Extended Warranty or TelosCare PLUS agreement

• Aero.8000 units not covered by an active Extended Warranty or TelosCare PLUS agreement

Customers with an active Extended Warranty or TelosCare PLUS agreement should contact Telos Alliance Support for upgrade eligibility.

Aero.10 and Aero.20 Software Updates

The Aero.10 and Aero.20 do not support Nielsen encoding.

Although these products are technically capable of running software versions derived from the Nielsen 2027 release stream, Telos Alliance provides the following recommended software versions when updates are requested:
