If you are using Luci Live to remotely connect to your Z/IP ONE, but are having connection issue, you can try connecting to our Z/IP ONE as a test to make sure your Luci Live settings are correct.
Set your Luci Live (or Luci Live Lite) connection to this: kharnack.ddns.net:9851 (or 172.3.44.164:9851).
9851 is the port number we want to use. In this example, port 9851 will tell the Z/IP ONE to automatically send a G.722 stream back to Luci Live.
Set your codec to G.722, 64 kbps, Jitter buffer could be 100ms or 200 ms. Here's what that looks like in the Luci Live Lite app for iPhone:
